Change in ownership of Boeflora A/S
Today it has been agreed upon that Frederik L. Boeskov as of 30th June 2008 will buy 33% of the share capital of Boeflora A/S. The equity interest is taken over from Bøg Madsen Holding A/S.
For the past 7 years it has not been possible for neither Bøg Madsen Holding A/S nor Boeflora A/S to successfully gain satisfactorily synergy. Today, Frederik L. Boeskov holds a leadership position and therefore finds it natural to attain ownership.
In recent months Bøg Madsen A/S has turned into a competitor to Boeflora A/S on several markets and both parties find this undesirable.
The cooperation at the logistic centre at Hvidkærvej 17, 5250 Odense, will continue unchanged.
